WASTE XPRESS
The Waste Xpress helps operators reduce food waste
volume. The compact, under-the-table unit can process
100 percent food waste or a mix of waste that includes
up to 50 percent disposable items. Overall, the Waste
Express can handle up to 700 pounds per hour. The
fnely ground, semi-dry pulp breaks down quickly in
composting facilities. Featuring stainless steel construc-
tion, the Waste Express consists of a pulper/dewatering
unit combined with a food waste disposer to grind and
compact food waste. In terms of cleaning, operators can
remove the auger, auger screen and chute for cleaning
without the use of tools. These items may be cleaned in
a commercial dishwasher.
