The redesigned Menumaster Commercial
Xpress Jetwave line from ACP, Inc. features
a 1.2 cubic foot interior that can accom-
modate a 12-inch pizza. The JET14 and
JET19 offer 1,400 watts or 1,900 watts of
microwave energy combined with forced
convection ranging from 150 degrees F to
475 degrees F. The Jetwave ovens feature a
black powder coated cabinet; stainless steel
interior; grab-and-go handle; USB port
for programming, removable; cleanable
magnetic air flter; and optional catalytic
converter for certifed ventless operation.

requires no hood or plumbing. Other fea-
tures include USB compatible program-
