Firex Easypan series kettles are a fully jacketed, fully
insulated, and have a capacity range of 15 gallons up to
150 gallons. In addition to being fully jacketed and fully
insulated they are packed with standard features such as
316 stainless steel interiors, stainless structural frames,
and double pantry faucets. They are available in gas,
electric, or direct steam versions and models with internal
pressure are also available. Firex units also have the wid-
est range of temperatures starting at 68F to 265F.

CLEVELAND'S LINE OF STEAM JACKETED KETTLES
This line of steam-jacketed kettles is designed for pri-
marily making large quantities of soups, sauces, pastas,
gravies, stews, rice and more. With these units, two-thirds
of the cooking surface comes into contact with the food
they are preparing. The tilt models feature a butterfy
shaped pouring lip that makes it easier to transfer prod-
uct into containers for serving or storage. Cleveland's
steam-jacketed kettles come in gas or electric versions,
as well as foor and tabletop models. Mixer kettles are
available, too.
