as a sous chef, executive chef, owning a catering company and working for Edward Don & Co. La Madeleine Country French Café pro- moted John Cahill to president from chief oper- ating ofcer. In addition, La Madeleine named Duncan Davis vice president of operations. In a move aimed at growing its business on a national stage, Premier Restaurant Equipment added industry veteran Jim Palm to its team in the role of director of sales - West Coast Division. In his new role, Palm will focus on extending the Minneapolis-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer and design firm's reach to the West Coast. Palm will target such vertical markets as senior living dining and country clubs as well as working on a variety of restaurant projects across the country for Premier clients. Palm began his career in the foodservice industry 36 years ago at Palm Brothers, a family- owned foodservice design and equipment dealership also based in Minneapolis. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. pro- moted Denny Marie Post to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief concept ofcer. French business- man and entrepreneur Antoine Beaussant was named president of PSP – Peugeot. This news comes as the Peugeot family as- sumes majority owner- ship of the company. Foodservice equipment industry veteran Greg Stak has been tapped to lead the sales operations for Stoelting Foodservice, a Vollrath Company. For the last eight years, Stak served as regional sales manager for the Eastern region of The Vollrath Company, which acquired Stoelting in 2012. Multi-line foodservice equipment manu- facturer Unifed Brands promoted Chance Hunt to national chain account manager and Chris Seeburger to Randell product specialist. Unifed Brands also promoted Patricia Gooden to the newly created position of director of product development. In her new role Gooden becomes responsible for leading strategic product development projects and expanding corporate knowledge and application of Uni- fed's new product development process. Wastequip, a manufacturer of compac- tors and balers, added two regional sales managers to its Technical Products Division. Anthony E. Parker will have responsibility for the Midwest region and Ernie Castro will be responsible for growing sales in the Southeast, Latin America and the Caribbean.
