Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. promoted John Bowie to chief operating ofcer from senior vice president of operations. The news comes as George Condos, president and chief operating ofcer, announced his retire- ment. When Bowie assumes the role of COO on March 30, Condos will continue to serve as a consultant to Arby's through the end of the year. Bauscher Hepp, Inc. named Michael Hewitt its vice president of sales/Mogogo brand director. Hewitt spent more than 28 years at Forbes Industries, most recently serving as vice president and global sales manager. Greg Scarlett was promoted to serve as president of Bonefish Grill, which is owned by Bloomin' Brands. In addition, Scarlett will serve as an executive vice president for Bloomin' Brands. In his new role, Scar- lett becomes responsible for leading the operations and development of Bonefish Grill restaurants across the United States. He most recently served as the senior vice president of Casual Dining Restaurant (CDR) Operations for Bloomin' Brands, where Scarlett was responsible for capturing and implementing operational best practices across the three CDR brands. He first joined Bloomin' Brands in 1994 and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility for the multi-concept restaurant company. Café Concepts, Inc., a California-based national kitchen equipment supplier and kitchen design company, has hired Jeremiah Gilliam as business development manager. He brings 20 years of sales and foodservice experi- ence to his new role. Richard Eisenbarth, FCSI, is the new presi- dent and chief operating ofcer of Cini-Little International, Inc., a foodservice, laundry and waste management consulting frm. Theodore Farrand, FCSI, who preceded Eisenbarth as president and COO of Cini-Little International, becomes the frm's director of Management Advisory Services. Roy Rahning has joined Hill Associates, a Santa Fe independent manufacturers' rep frm. In his new role, Rahning will represent Hill Associates in the frm's Colorado/Utah territory. A longtime member of the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, Rahning spent the past two years serving as a general manager for National Restaurant Supply, a foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.
