Dickey's Barbecue Pit Enlists First Military Location
Dickey's Barbecue Pit opened its frst location on a military base in Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.
Dickey's Barbecue Pit has more than 500 locations across the U.S., 8 of which are in Missouri.
Owner/operator Danessa Williams had spent 17 years in the corporate fast food business
before opening a Dickey's restaurant. This is her second location.

Expands into
K-12 Foodservice
A regular on college campuses
around the U.S., Red Mango has
entered the school foodservice
market. Through a partnership
with Aramark, the fro-yo chain
installed self-serve machines
and toppings bars recently
at three high schools in the
Northwest Independent School
District (NISD) in North Texas.
Each school will have 4 favors
that will rotate between Red
Mango's 80 diferent frozen yo-
gurts as well as a customizable
toppings bar.
