operating officer for Fortier Inc., an Arkansas-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer that serves the convenience store industry. The news of Ward's arrival came after Fortier announced Rick Pittman stepped down from his role as president and CEO. Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant appointed Kevin Finn to serve as chairman of the board and former California Pizza Kitchen executive Kim Boerema to CEO for the 14-location brewery and scratch kitchen chain. Finn co-founded Iron Hills with Mark Edelson and Kevin Davies. All three founders remain active within the business. Danielle Mason joined Jackson Warewashing Systems as director of con- sultant services. Mason comes to Jackson from Hunter Fan Company where she was director of commercial business development. Her background also includes serving as director of sales for Franke Coffee Systems North America and business development manager for Meiko USA. Kain McArthur Foodservice Solutions Group hired John Owens to serve as a territory manager for the Kansas-based independent manufacturers' rep firm. Owens comes to Kain McArthur from Fellers Food Service Equipment, where he spent 23 years as director of sales and marketing. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy. EJ Morrow was named president of Lancer Corporation, a manufacturer of dispensing equipment for the foodservice industry. Prior to Lancer, Morrow served in a number of leadership roles including president and CEO at QualServ Solutions LLC, now a division of Middleby Corporation. Morrow has held leader- ship positions in the foodservice equipment industry for the last 15 years. MarkeTeam Foodservice, a 50-year-old independent manufacturers' rep firm serving the Pacific Northwest, added Diana Roderique to serve as a territory sales manager for Washington, Oregon and British Columbia. Master-Bilt promoted Bret Eldridge to director of national accounts from re- gional sales manager for the Midwest and Northeastern U.S. and Eastern Canada. Pincho Factory named Jayson Tipp CEO. He previously served as president for the fast-casual restaurant chain. Co-founder Nedal Ahmad will transition from the role of CEO into a consulting role with the company before opening restaurants in his new role as a Pincho Factory franchise partner. In addition to continuing in his role as chief marketing officer, co-founder Otto Othman will also assume the role of executive chairman. As part of a multiyear succession planning process, Ruth's Hospitality Group, parent company of Ruth's Chris Steak House, will promote Cheryl Henry to presi- dent and CEO from president and chief operating officer effective August 10, 2018. She will replace Michael O'Donnell, who will assume the role of executive chairman. QDOBA Mexican Eats named Keith Guilbault as CEO. Guilbault served as QDOBA's brand president and chief operating officer since 2016. Prior to leading QDOBA, Guilbault held a series of executive leadership positions at Jack in the Box, which previously owned the Mexican-themed restaurant chain. T&S Brass and Bronze Works promoted Mike Orlando to director of sales – foodservice and Shawn Kuhlman to director of international sales.
