AmeriKooler named Scott T. Kuni its director of sales. Boston Market named Frances Allen CEO of the restaurant chain. Allen suc- ceeds George Michel, who retired from his post. Allen joins Boston Market from Jack in the Box, where she has served as president since October 2014. Chicken Salad Chick named Barbara Blackwell director of catering for the southern-inspired, fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept. In her new role, Blackwell will oversee the brand's catering operations and spearhead initia- tives to drive incremental catering sales and streamline operations across all 86 Chicken Salad Chick locations. She will also play a role in training the company's corporate catering managers. Chowbotics appointed Warren Manzer to serve as vice president of foodservice sales for the manufacturer of the automated salad-making machine. In his role, Manzer becomes responsible for selling the company's products to cafete- rias, convenience stores, and restaurants. Electrolux hired Erin Gordon to serve as director of marketing for North America. She comes to Electrolux from Belk, a Southern department store, where she served as director of digital marketing. FOCUS Brands promoted Kristen Hartman to president of its Cinnabon concept. She most recently served as the company's senior vice president of brand marketing strategy. Crysalli Artisan Water introduced Kevin Carlson as its product line man- ager. He will work from the company's Southern California office. Thomas Campion will become executive chairman of Franke Foodservice Systems, effective Jan. 1, 2019. Christian Mathesius will succeed Campion as CEO of Franke Foodservice Systems and will become a member of Franke Group's Management Board. Stefan Kuny will succeed Mathesius as president of Franke Foodservice Systems' EMEA business, based in Bad Säeckingen, Germany. Lionel Ladouceur was named CEO of Le Duff America, the Dallas-based affiliate of global French bakery-cafe leader Groupe Le Duff. He replaces Olivier Poirot, who left the company to pursue other opportunities. MOD Pizza promoted Paul Twohig to the dual role of president and chief operating officer for the fast-casual pizza concept. Twohig joined MOD in 2017 as COO. Stanley Ma, founder of MTY Food Group Inc., will step down from his role as CEO effective Nov. 2, 2018. Ma will retain his role as chairman of the board of directors. When Ma steps down, Eric Lefebvre will become CEO of MTY Food Group. In addition, Claude St-Pierre will step down from her role as COO of MTY on Nov. 2, 2018 to "concentrate on the execution of the company's acquisition strategy." St-Pierre will retain her role as a director and secretary of MTY. The Oneida Group appointed Lisa Tecklenburg to senior vice president of its Commercial Business Unit.
