Vector F Series Multi-Cook Oven Alto-Shaam Inc. The Vector F Series Multi-Cook Oven controls temperature, fan speed and time in multiple, independent oven chambers. The unit deliv- ers high-velocity and focused heat that accel- erates cooking. Operators can cook a variety of foods with no flavor transfer between them, per the manufacturer. Pizza Supplies American Metalcraft This line of pizza supplies includes contemporary glass shakers in 2- and 6-ounce sizes with a contemporary design, an FDA-approved nonslip pizza mat, and round wood serving peels that are dishwash- er safe and lightweight. VersaOven Baxter Manufacturing The VersaOven combines the features of rotisserie, convection and combi ovens into one unit. Operators can cook, bake and steam with this unit. Features include a rotating interior oven, a self-contained steam system and programmable touchscreen controls. Griddle Stands Continental Refrigerator Refrigerated griddle stands come in one-foot increments and seven sizes. These front- breathing models have the option of the side-mounted condensing unit being on the left or right.
