Beekman's Chris Artinian became presi- dent of Another Broken Egg. In a deal valued at approximately $2.9 billion, Arby's Restaurant Group will acquire Buffalo Wild Wings. The deal is expected to close during the first quarter of 2018. Upon com- pletion of the deal, Buffalo Wild Wings will be a privately held subsidiary of Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. and will continue to operate as an independent brand. Paul Brown will serve as CEO of the parent company. Brown presently serves as CEO of Arby's. Eastern Tabletop has added Clements-Stella-Gallagher Marketing (CSGM) to its network of independent manufactur- ers' reps. CSGM will represent Eastern Tabletop, which manu- factures buffet ware and serving items, in the metropolitan New York area. Equipex appointed Ignite Foodservice Solutions as its exclusive sales and marketing representatives in Arizona; El Paso, Texas; New Mexico; Colorado; Utah and Wyoming. Equi- pex manufactures countertop cooking equipment, warming displays and patented countertop ventless hood systems. Looking to increase its presence in the fast-casual res- taurant segment, FAT Brands Inc. acquired Hurricane Grill & Wings for $12.5 million. Jackson Warewashing Systems has named Heritage Parts as the exclusive distributor of service parts for Jackson- branded dishmachines in the United States. Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Heritage Foodservice Group provides Genuine OEM replacement parts and authorized aftermarket service for commercial and institutional kitchen equipment. Blast chiller manufacturer Irinox hasW moved into a new headquarters office and manufacturing facility in Conegliano, Italy. At 300,000 square feet, the new facility is approxi- mately twice the size of the company's previous location and includes offices and a satellite test lab that will help the manufacturer design, build and UL certify new prototypes, according to a letter announcing the move. Multiconcept operator MTY acquired better-burger con- cepts The Counter and Built Custom Burgers from parent company CB Franchise Systems. Premier Metal and Glass (PMG), a Georgia-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, added Pro/Line to its network of independent manufacturers' reps. Livermore, Calif.-based Pro/Line will represent PMG in Northern Califor- nia and Nevada. In a deal valued at $675 million, Sodexo reached an agreement to acquire contract feeder Centerplate from Olympus Partners. Sushi has acquired Bento Sushi, a North American sushi concept. Bento, founded in Toronto in 1996 by Ken Valvur, operates more than 600 locations and sup- plies sushi to an additional 1,700 partner sites. As part of the deal, Bento's Valvur, chairman, and Glenn Brown, CEO, will join the YO! board of directors and maintain an equity stake in the company. Edward Don & Company, a Woodridge, Ill.-based foodser- vice equipment and supplies dealer, has acquired certain assets of Atlanta Fixture and Sales Company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Atlanta Fixture, also a foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, will operate as a division of Edward Don & Company and will remain under the leadership team of Ron Bruck, Bill Watson, Marty Levenstiem and Jess Logan.
