Constructed of a stainless steel body, top and legs, with a galvanized understruc- ture, the enclosed base serves as a storage area for items frequently used on a serving line. Available sizes can accommodate two to six wells. Vidacasa Buffetware American Metalcraft Vidacasa temperature-controlled buffetware works independently of electricity, cords, gels, fire or ice. The modular components can mix and match to alter tablescapes and help keep food hot or cold. Stainless steel styles come in solid satin or hammered finishes. Hammered open-frame designs are avail- able, too. Wood crates are available in black, bamboo, natural and vintage colors. Egg Station with Dual Zone Antunes The Egg Station features a split cover with rear and front cooking areas that allow operations to cook small batches. The unit cooks eggs in 120 to 150 seconds with a combination of heat and steam. The compact stainless steel unit provides audio and visual signals for operation. The unit includes non- stick egg rings. Pro Series High Temperature Rack Conveyor Champion Industries The 44 PRO Series high temperature rack conveyor dish machine features an anti-jam drive system for consistent rack movement. The rinse system yields 100 percent final rinse water coverage, using 100 gallons of water to wash up to 209 racks per hour, per the manufacturer. An interface offers main- tenance software, programmable de-liming functionality and accurate digital user infor- mation. Snap-N-Slide Wall Shelves Eagle Group Snap-n-Slide shelves allow foodservice operators to position shelves anywhere on the wall brackets, without the need for fas- teners or tools. The brackets can be mounted directly to wall studs, allowing the shelf to be adjustable. No wall backing is required, per the manufacturer.
