tion he assumed in August.
Mike Eckelberg was promoted to
director of foodservice sales for Nor-Lake.
He previously served as Nor-Lake's Eastern
region feld sales manager.
Starlette Johnson is the new chief exec-
utive ofcer for Twin Peaks Restaurants,
a 10-year-old concept with 73 locations.
With Johnson joining Twin Peaks, company
founder Randy DeWitt will remain active
in the industry, spending more time with
his other restaurant ventures that span 6
additional full-service concepts comprising
11 restaurants in the greater Dallas area,
according to a company release.
Peli Peli promoted Kristen Fehren-
bach to interim chief executive ofcer,
overseeing day-to-day operations for
the South African chain's two Houston
locations. Fehrenbach has been with Peli
Peli for just two years, starting as a server
and working through stints as an assistant
manager and HR administrator.
Chris Jamieson is the new vice
president of marketing for Watts Water.
NSF Recognizes George Zawacki
The National Sanitation Foundation's (NSF)
Joint Committee on Food Equipment recog-
nized George Zawacki, DFS, CFSP, for his 16
years of voluntary service to the standards
development process.
During his tenure on the NSF committee,
Zawacki worked with consultants, dealers,
designers, foodservice equipment manufactur-
ers and public health ofcials to develop code
language for the common good of the industry.
He continues in his role as president of CAD
Solutions Group.
