The units feature stainless steel exteriors and wash-and-rinse arms, a built-in booster to aid in sanitation, and a built-in rinse additive and detergent pump. The unit is built for a free- standing installation, and includes double wall construction for low heat and noise emissions. Component Design Northwest (CDN) The DTW450 and DTW450L ProAccurate Waterproof Thermometers provide temper- ature readings with a six-second response time. The thermometers are protected against water immersion for 30 minutes at 1 meter. Both models are NSF Certified, with 304 stainless steel stems and tips. Corby Hall The Saturno porcelain dinnerware line now includes a collection of oval platters. The European-made line is suitable for use in restaurants and hotels. A variety of dinner- ware, from contemporary to traditional, is available. Detecto The Enterprise APS series retail point-of-sale/ logistics scale product line integrates with most cash register systems and PC applica- tions. The scales weigh to 0.1 ounce for smaller items and feature simple two-button operation. The backlit green LCD features 0.7-inch/18-mm high digits. DW Haber The Fusion Bufet System is suitable for events of all sizes and features a variety of components that allow for hot and cold food displays. The system includes sets of risers; tempered glass shelves; and induction, grill and hot plate options.
