Previously, he'd spent years work- ing alongside renowned chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina and Nancy Oakes. He was a sous chef and executive chef at top San Francisco restaurants and country clubs. And Rina Younan, a high-end restaurant and country club chef who has appeared in (and won) several Food Network competitions, is now Oakmont's vice president of culinary services. Chef Chris Gotschall is a Johnson & Wales University alumnus who served as chef de partie at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company prior to joining the Fleet Landing continuing care retirement community.
