Cini•Little International promoted Kip Serfozo and Keith Short to director of design for the East and West Coasts respectively. The East Coast region will comprise Cini•Little's New York; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., design studios. The West Coast will be respon- sible for the San Francisco and Los Angeles studios. Mike Woida was pro- moted to president of CKE Restaurants Holdings' international division. CKE is the parent company of restaurant chains Carl's Jr. and Hardee's. Woida will oversee operations for both Carl's Jr. and Hardee's Restaurants, which includes nearly 1,000 res- taurants spanning 43 countries. Sandi Parsons retired from CMA Foodservice Solutions, a Kansas-based rep firm. Parsons has been in the foodservice indus- try for more than 20 years, and has been with CMA since June 2004, serving as a St. Louis territory manager. Equipex promoted Eden Qudsieh to sales and market- ing director and added Felicia Whiting as national sales director. Michael Mabry was tapped to serve as the first- ever chief development ocer for Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Jim Saunders was named chief op- erating ocer for Grub, a 24-unit res- taurant chain with a menu that features made-from-scratch burgers, shakes and more.
