Since reintroducing himself to the world as a country artist, Rucker has released four albums and earned a whole new legion of fans. His newest album, "When Was the Last Time," was released in October 2017. Cancellations There are no refunds on show admission charges (registration badges). Tickets purchased for events — Kick-Off Party and NAFEM Party — will be refunded in full if written cancellation is received at on or before Jan. 23, 2019.
