The 215,000-square-foot space in central Texas can support Ace Mart's retail locations in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston and San Antonio. Sixty employees will sta‚ Ace Mart's new warehouse. Crown Brands LLC of Lincolnshire, Ill., has acquired Tom- linson Industries of Cleveland. Crown Brands also owns Update International, Focus Foodservice and Johnson-Rose. Electrolux Professional Products acquired SPM Drink Systems, an Italian manufacturer of professional dispensers of frozen and hot beverages and soft ice cream. Kitchen ventilation manufacturer Gaylord Industries has expanded DJ Marketing's coverage to include MAFSI Region 14 South Central – Western Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Hospitality House has acquired Hicks Design Group, a foodservice planning and design "rm. Cody Hicks, the founder of Hicks Design Group, will become managing partner of Hospitality House's newly formed Foodservice Design division. Hospitality House is an international hospitality, real estate and restaurant services "rm. Its areas of expertise include food and beverage focused predevelopment consulting, real estate ser- vices and talent procurement. The company opened a London o•ce in 2016. Ice-O-Matic added Apex Commercial Kitchen Co. to the ice machine manufacturers' rep network. Apex will represent Ice-O-Matic in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Southern Illinois (also known as MAFSI Region 16) and Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota (MAFSI Region 19). Ice-O-Matic alsoœadded RHI Solutions to its manufacturers' rep network in the states of Oregon and Idaho. RHI now represents Ice-O-Matic in all of MAFSI Region 25. Inspire Brands will acquire Sonic for $2.3 billion. Following the transaction, Sonic will operate as a privately held subsidiary of Inspire Brands and will continue as an independent brand. Inspire Brands also owns Arby's and Bu‚alo Wild Wings. MTS Seating promoted John Menas to senior vice presi- dent – sales & marketing. Oliver Packaging & Equipment Company has acquired the assets and designs of Bloemhof Inc., a Kirkland, Quebec- based manufacturer of baking moulders and baggers. In a deal valued at approximately $32 million, Romano's Macaroni Grill will acquire the Sullivan's Steakhouse chain from multiconcept operator Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. Sapphire Manufacturing added Calarese Group of Salem, N.H., to its network of independent manufacturers' reps. Calarese now represents Sapphire in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, also known asœMAFSI Region 1. Hudson, Wis.-based Nor-Lake Inc. added LMS Associates to its network of independent manufacturers' reps. Arlington, Texas-based LMS Associates will represent Nor-Lake in Okla- homa and Texas (excluding El Paso). This territory is also known as MAFSI Region 15. Winholt Equipment Group added Tri-State Marketing Associates Inc. to its network of independent manufacturers' reps. Ossining, N.Y.-based Tri-State Marketing Associates Inc. will represent Winholt in the New York Metro Area. This territory is also known as MAFSI Region 3. InBrief
