John Ebenroth was appointed vice president of sales and marketing for Channel Manufacturing, a Port Washington, N.Y.- based manufacturer of food and materials handling equipment. He will replace Howard Rose, who will retire in the coming months. Kip Serfozo has joined Cini-Little International as design studio manager for the foodservice consulting ƒrm's southeast market. Coolgreens named Todd Madlener vice president of operations for the Oklahoma-based better-for-you concept. Electrolux Professional named Giacomo Paccione a re- gional category manager for North America, responsible for both the cook-chill and high-speed cooking categories. Fuzzy's Taco Shop named David Catalano chief operating ocer for the Texas-based fast-casual concept. Gary Mick has been named president of Ice-O-Matic. Most recently, he served as group president of The Middleby Corporation. McDonald's Chief Restaurant Ocer Doug Goare will retire on Dec. 31, 2018. McDonald's plans to make several changes to its global organizational model, e"ective Jan. 1, 2019. The U.S. segment will continue to operate under the leadership of Chris Kempczinski, president, McDonald's USA. Joe Erlinger will serve as president, International Operated Markets. Todd Breiner returned to Middleby Corp. to serve as senior vice president of the multiline manufacturer's Middleby Marshall and CTX lines. MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings LLC appointed John Maguire to serve as chief operating ocer of the fast-casual pizza chain. Paul Twohig, previously MOD's president and COO, will remain the company president. Former YUM! Brands executive Jim Metevier was named president and chief operating ocer for Mountain Mike's Pizza. MTS Seating promoted John Menas to senior vice president – sales & marketing. Richard PalmersheimŸwas named president and CEO ofŸPerlick Corporation, a manufacturer of food and beverage storage and serving solutions. He replaces Paul Peot, who has retired. Jaime Nau was promoted to general manager of Nieco Corporation, a Windsor, Calif.-based manufacturer of broiling technologies for commercial kitchens. Darren Tipton was appointed vice president of operations for Paris Baguette, a fast-casual bakery concept. Bob Bafundo was promoted to president of RAVE Restaurant Group, the parent company for Pizza Inn and Pie Five Pizza Co. Linda Seigler, T&S Brass' eastern regional foodservice sales manager, will retire at the end of 2018, concluding a career that has spanned more than 30 years. Tom's Urban, an eater-tainment concept and casual dining restaurant, hired Shannon McNiel to serve as president and chief operating ocer. Chris Trout has been named president and CEO of Wood Stone Corporation, a Washington-based cooking manufacturer of stone hearth and specialty cooking equipment. Kurt Eickmeyer, Wood Stone's previous presi- dent, transitions to the newly created position of chief relationship ocer. Tobby Lowings will become CEO of Yum! Brands' KFC Division e"ective Jan. 1, 2019. Lowings will succeed Roger Eaton, who will retire at the end of 2018.
