This mobile food concept will support the Bavarian Inn's off-site efforts, which includes its growing catering segment, and allows the 130-year-old restaurant to serve customers in nontraditional ways. The Cluck Truck menu fea- tures snacks, sandwiches, entrees, and sweets reflecting some of the Bavarian Inn's customer favorites. That includes a Bavarian pretzel with sweet German mustard sauce, flatbread pretzel sandwiches, "Hausmade" smoked sausages, Frankenmuth chicken, potato cheese puffs, buttered noodles and homemade baked goods.
