McPhail joined Curtis as a project manager in 2014 and was promoted to general manager in 2016. His foodservice industry background also includes holding a variety of roles of increas- ing responsibility on the operator side. Lauren Mann is the inaugural director of operations and franchisee management for Fork & Salad, a Maui-based fast-casual restaurant concept. Gaylord Industries promoted Sam Scull to general manager from director of operations. He replaces Bruce Lukens, who retired from the post he manned since 2012. Multiconcept operator J. Alexander's Hold- ings announced a series of promotions: Ian Dodson to vice president of culinary operations; Jim Filaroski to vice president of research & development and corporate executive chef and Shan- non Hall to vice president of hospitality and service. Kitchens to Go hired Michael Morgan to serve as an account executive in the manufacturer's northeast region. A 25-plus year veteran of the foodservice indus- try, Morgan joins Kitchens to Go from CaptiveAire Systems, where he served as a sales development manager. Master-Bilt promoted Bret Eldridge to director of national accounts from regional sales manager for the Midwest and North- eastern U.S. and Eastern Canada.
