Honolulu-based Mid City Restaurant Supply named Robyn Taira president. She was formerly general manager; Geri Castillo replaces her in that role. MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes named Mike Sebazco its vice president of operations. Noodles & Company named Brad West executive vice president – operations. Preferred Marketing Group added Fred Macdonald to its outside sales team.
