But as the company has grown so, too, has its portfolio of clients. For example, the Florida-based dealership's chain division works with up and coming concepts such as &pizza.; The company began working with the Washington, D.C.-based fast-casual concept in 2014 and has since helped &pizza; redesign its prototype to ensure better flow. Johnson-Lancaster and Associates also handles supply and installation of equipment for all of the restaurant chain's locations. Another example is LSG Sky Chefs. Johnson-Lancaster and Associates supports LSG with a variety of services, including design, supplying equipment and smallwares, and installation. Seen here is Sky Chef 's flagship kitchen in Chicago, which Johnson-Lancaster and Associates worked on from start to finish — a period spanning 18 months. Finally, there's Streamsong, a high-end golf resort in Florida. Johnson-Lancaster and Associates helped with kitchen design, equipment specification and installation for all of the property's eight foodservice operations. The dealer also provided the startup smallwares package when the main lodge operation first opened in January 2014. FE&S;
