Addition- ally, Adriene Stadeford was promoted to the position of Southeast regional sales manager for all Affinis brands. Affinis Group is the parent company of Parade Plastics, SaniServe and SecoSelect. CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, appointed Jason Marker to serve as the company's CEO. Walk-in cooler and freezer manufacturer Imperial Brown promoted Stacey Sewell to the newly created position of director of foodservice sales. She has 24-years' experience in the walk-in manufacturing industry. Mihyar Mohamed will become vice president and gen- eral manager of North American cooking for ITW's Food Equipment Group, effective June 1. He will replace Tim Murray, who will retire at the end of May after having spent 39 years with the company. Mohamed will be responsible for the company's Vulcan and Wolf product lines. Joe Thornton was named COO for Jamba Juice. Thornton previously held leadership roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, most recently as vice president of U.S. Licensed Stores. Food waste management firm LeanPath Inc. has added Chef Robb White, CEC, CCA, AAC, to its team. He will serve in the organization's newly created post of food waste fighting chef. Pete Michailo, a longtime member of the foodservice industry, joined MEIKO as manager of project sales for the Nashville-based manufacturer of warewashers. Ruby Tuesday Inc. named James "Jim" F. Hyatt II as president and CEO. Fast-casual restaurant chain Velvet Taco appointed Clay Dover to fill the newly created position of president.
