Jeff Davis will serve as chair of the NRA board, and Greg Hamer will serve as chair of the NRAEF board. Bauscher Hepp added Performance Equipment Group to its network of independent manufacturers reps. PEG will represent Baucher Hepp in the Northeast territories that include the metropolitan New York area; Pough- keepsie, N.Y.; New Jersey — north of Trenton; and Fairfield, Conn. Diversified Foodservice Supply LLC has acquired, a web mar- keting and distribution company focused on hood filters and restaurant ventilation equipment, parts and accessories. Elkay Manufacturing has purchased Wisconsin-based Interior Systems Inc. The company, which will have the legal name of Elkay Interior Systems Inc., will continue to do business as Interior Systems Inc. Longtime manufacturers' rep Melissa Greenwald has formed her own indepen- dent manufacturers' rep firm: Greenwald Sales & Marketing. The company will represent manufacturers of smallwares, tabletop and light equipment in Ohio, In- diana, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. Heritage Foodservice Group an- nounced it has tripled its inventory in its Atlanta distribution center. It can now ship the same day throughout the Southeast. Infrico USA, a manufacturer of com- mercial refrigeration equipment, moved to its new home base in Doral, Fla. Penn Jersey Paper Company named Cambro its 2016 Equipment and Supply Vendor of the Year. The Philadel- phia-based distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies also named Procter & Gamble its Janitorial Vendor of the Year and Pactiv its Packaging Vendor of the Year. The company also named Pete O'Brien of E.K. Lay its Vendor Repre- sentative of the Year. TriMark USA LLC has acquired Hock- enbergs Food Service Equipment & Sup- ply. Terms of the deal were not disclosed but the Omaha, Neb.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer will now go to market as TriMark Hockenbergs. TriMark SS Kemp, a part of TriMark USA, opened a contract sales office at 145 E. Rich Street, Suite 200 in Columbus, Ohio. Winston Foodservice Partners, a Kentucky-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, is working with J. Frishman Associates to help bolster its presence among foodservice design consultants. Multi-line foodservice equipment manufacturer Manitowoc Foodservice Inc. has changed its company name to Welbilt Inc. A new independent manufacturers' rep firm has emerged: WolfePack Sales & Marketing.
