Foodservice equipment manufacturer Antunes named Ted Asprooth its business development manager, working in the conve- nience store market. Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar named Vince Runco vice president of operations for the Dallas-based casual dining concept. Church's Chicken named Pete Servold its executive vice president of U.S. operations. He succeeds Joseph Christina, who was promoted to CEO in November 2016. Del Frisco's Restaurant Group named Ray Risley president of Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and Scott Smith brand president of Sullivan's Steakhouse. Electric Motor Repair Company named Seth Rochette operations manager of the service agent's Beltsville, Md., branch. Chuck Kiley, CFSP, has joined Green- wald Sales & Marketing, a newly formed independent manufacturers' rep agency. Mike Ilitch, founder of Little Caesars Pizza, died on Feb. 10. He was 87 years old. Myers Foodservice Equipment, Supply & Design promoted Michael Scheiman to vice president business development and design. Chadd Floria was named acting president of Oliver Packaging & Equipment Company. He replaces Ken Goodwin, who is retiring after a 36-year career in the commercial foodservice equipment industry. Pilot Flying J has named Shannon Johnson vice president of food innovation. Edson Gaylord, former owner of Gaylord Industries, passed away in December. He was 83 years old. The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation named Gordon Lambourne its vice president of communications. Michael Sullivan is the new president and CEO of Rock & Brews, a rock and roll restaurant and entertainment concept. He most recently served as emerging brands director for Buffalo Wild Wings. Shrimp Basket Restaurants welcomed Scott Barnett as CEO of the full-service seafood chain. He succeeds Eddie Spence, who founded the company. Christina Bell Vaughn was promoted to president of Sonic Restaurants Inc. T&S Brass and Bronze Works hired Mike Donleavy to serve as its Eastern regional sales manager for plumbing. Jerry Comstock was named president and COO for casual dining chain TGI Fridays. Yoshinoya America appointed Jim Stevens to serve in the newly created role of chief operating officer for the quick-serve restaurant chain.
